Quotes come with no obligation, ensuring you have the freedom to explore your options. We will only request payment if you decide to proceed with your purchase.

Refunds

This is a small independent business and prices are based on length of time taken to create your piece. Once agreement is in place and the project is completed, the time lost cannot be replaced and therefore this is a non refundable service.

How much will my caricature cost?

Every piece is unique so John will provide a quote based on how long he estimates the drawing will take to complete.

Prices start from £20 (excluding P&P) – this will be a black and white, head and shoulders pencil drawing.

Prices vary based on several factors, including colour versus black and white, the size of the piece starting from A5, the number of individuals in the drawing, and the level of detail required. All of these elements contribute to the overall pricing, ensuring that you receive a piece tailored to your specific needs and preferences.

What is the maximum amount of people that can be included in a caricature?

The sky's the limit! The beauty of group caricatures is that each subject usually contributes to the cost.

How do I get my photos to you?

You can upload on the contact page or email at capwondercartoons@gmail.com

Any images shared for the purposes of creating your drawing will be deleted once the work is complete under data protection regulations.

How much is postage and packing (P&P)?

This depends on the size of the original drawing. All caricatures are delivered via Royal Mail, unless otherwise requested. A5 and A4 drawings are delivered flat in a card-backed envelope starting at £2 (2nd class). Larger than A4 are delivered in a postal tube and prices start at £3 (2nd class). You can also receive digitally to print at home with no extra fee.

Can you frame my caricature?

We do not currently offer a framing service so when ordering your caricature please make sure you leave additional time to get it framed.

Can I get copies of my caricature?

Once your caricature is complete you can make as many copies of it as you like. You will receive an electronic version in high resolution to take to any printing service.

Will my caricature appear on the Captain Wonder website?

We own any images created in your likeness as a result of using this service. Images may be used in marketing and website design. However, if you would prefer to opt out of this, please make us aware and we will honour your request.
